CleanBit Project
1. General Provisions
- This document is a public offer of the CleanBit project, which develops and tests an IT platform (the “Platform”).
- The Platform provides a technological service for publishing environmental and social initiatives, as well as for voluntary support of such initiatives by users.
- By using the CleanBit website and services, the user confirms that they have read and accepted this public offer.
2. Platform Status
- The Platform is currently under development and preparing for legal entity registration.
- The Platform:
- is not a bank,
- is not a payment institution,
- does not provide financial services,
- does not act as an investment intermediary.
- Financial transactions, if implemented, will be processed through third-party licensed payment providers.
Important: support for initiatives on the platform is voluntary and is not an investment product.
3. User Registration
- The user must provide accurate information during registration.
- The Platform may refuse publication of a profile without explanation.
- A profile becomes public only after moderation.
4. Financial Support
- Voluntary support functionality may be introduced after a payment system is connected.
- The amount of any possible service fee will be published separately when payment functionality is launched.
- The Platform does not guarantee that a project will achieve its stated goals.
- The Platform is not responsible for the actions of support recipients.
5. Liability
- The user bears sole responsibility for the information they publish.
- The Platform may remove any content that violates the law or the project principles.
6. Changes to Terms
- The Platform may change the terms of this public offer without prior notice.
- The new version takes effect from the moment it is published on the website.
7. Governing Law
- This public offer shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia after legal entity registration.
